How it works:
First check the schedule for classes near you or email info@youthsportsny.org.
Call toll free 877-828-8811 to train a group of 20 or more coaches/parents.
Then register for a course, Level 1 costs $20.00 in most locations.
Attend a three-hour on-site training clinic conducted by YSNY Trainer at a SUNY Community College or at your local community center, town hall, etc.
Within 45 days of the class, study the seven modules then complete the short online exam. Take each exam as many times as you like. A score of 70% is required in each module to successfully complete and obtain a Youth Sports NY Level I coaching certification.
In the mail receive your registration number, Youth Sports NY ID Lanyard and special access to discussion forums, sport specific drills and other resources at www.youthsportsny.org.
